1. Returns:

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@loveafricaprint.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Items eligible for returns:

If there’s an issue with your order - if we sent you the wrong size, wrong color, the product is defective, or it´s not what you ordered - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund or resend you the correct item, you decide. We will not be able to accept returns if you picked the wrong size, didn´t like the look or the material. Please carefully read our product descriptions. Remember, this product is MADE FOR YOU!

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item is in its original condition, unused and unworn, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Note that refunds will only be processed if the item is eligible for return according to our policy. Please allow some business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. You´ll receive a notification when the refund is processed. Shipping costs will also be refunded but only for the returned item (in case of multiple products order). The product refund will be exactly the amount you paid (price of the product in the day of purchase).

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
